Order Processing
Orders are processed during business days. Processing may include payment confirmation, product checking, safe packaging and preparing the parcel for courier collection.
Because we sell pre-owned electronics, some items may require extra checking before dispatch to ensure the product matches the listed condition and specifications.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing checkout. This includes your full name, street address, suburb, state, postcode, email address and phone number.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
- Additional shipping fees may apply if a parcel is returned due to incorrect details.
Tracking Information
If tracking is available, tracking details may be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately. Courier systems can take time to scan and update parcel movements, especially during weekends, public holidays and busy delivery periods.
Authority to Leave
If you select authority to leave, or if the courier provides this option, your parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address.
We recommend choosing a safe delivery location. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, further delivery issues may need to be reviewed with the delivery provider.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, refusal of delivery or non-collection, we will contact you where possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent. Refunds for shipping fees may not be available where the issue was caused by incorrect customer information or failure to collect the parcel.
Packaging for Pre-Owned Electronics
Original retail packaging may not be included unless clearly stated on the product page. We use suitable protective packaging to help keep electronic products safe during transit.
Accessories are only included where listed in the product description. Please check each product page carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking link first. If there has been no update for several business days, contact us with your order number and delivery postcode.
We will assist where possible, but courier investigations may take time.
